You know when you crave something for so long and you finally get it... this was that time!!! I got The Classic B.E.C on an everything bagel. The bagel was soft but crunchy, egg perfectly fluffy with a good amount of cheese and the bacon crispy (I'm very picky with bacon). It was so good!! Not only is the service amazing, everyone is friendly, and fast to get my order. The cashier was super sweet and made me feel special on celebrating my birthday!!! They will definitely be seeing me more!!!! (Houston location)

The ordering process was chaos, and the rather expensive begals we're on par with what you can get at a grocery store. I attempted to order a special begal sandwich, but instead I got a sliced bagel with the cream cheese that shared its name with the sandwich. I wasn't asked which I wanted, I didn't realize it was a cream cheese until I saw it behind the counter. My wife did get the begal sandwich she ordered, but neither of our orders were toasted. Who wants a cream cheese on a cold, untoasted begal let alone an egg and cheese sandwich? I also scraped off more than half the inch and half of cream cheese because it was way too much. It also took way too long for begals that weren't even toasted. I won't go into detail of our miserable it was standing around waiting for our order and their complete lack of a system to identify orders and match them to whomever it belonged too. Do not bother with this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and money on a subpar breakfast.

$16 for the smoked salmon bagel, and it was so tasty and fresh! I just wish the bread was a bit softer. Great and quick service, though. Not enough tables (only 5 in total), so we had to stand for about 15 minutes.

This place is ok. A good addition to the bagel scene but a bagel shouldn’t take 10 minutes to prepare and should taste fresher than it does here. I enjoyed the flavor of the egg and cheese on everything bagel but the bagel was stale. The spicy scallion cream cheese was really good though. We also got a plain bagel on strawberry cream cheese and the strawberry cream cheese was some of the worst strawberry flavor I’ve ever had. I do not recommend that one but the plain bagel had the same problem - felt a little stale
